1. Purpose of the platform:

2. Eligibility

  • You must be a parent or legal guardian to use the platform
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. User content

You agree:

  • You are responsible for what you post.
  • Not to post false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Not to impersonate others
  • Not to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
  • Not to share private information of others
  • Not to use the platform for promotions or selling

We may remove content that violates these rules.Information shared by users is based on personal experience. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of content.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We reserve the right to :

  • Review, remove, or restrict content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate guidelines
  • Take action to protect the community

Decisions are made to maintain a safe and respectful space.

5. End User License Agreement (EULA) & Application Marketplace Terms

When downloading, installing, or using the Haloparent application across supported mobile devices and app marketplaces, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your use of the application is subject to applicable standard licensed application End User License Agreements (EULA) in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.
  • In the event of any conflict between marketplace guidelines and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall govern your use of the application.
  • Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Users have the ability to report or flag objectionable content directly within the app.
  • Haloparent acts promptly on reports, with moderation reviews to remove objectionable content and eject or permanently ban users who violate these terms within 24 hours.
  • Third-party app marketplaces and platform providers have no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the Haloparent application.
